At the beginning of June, the 4th year of the Week of Reading to Children started within the campaign Every Czech Reads to Kids, a campaign supporting literacy and positive family relationships. An inauguration ceremony in the presence of celebrities took place in Divadlo na Šantovce in Olomouc, under the auspices Martin Major, Olomouc City mayor. Clarion representatives, who also offered free accommodation to the organisers, were also present at the event commencement where a poem "Nemalujte čerta na zeď" ("Do not paint a black picture") by Jiří Žáček was recited.
