The 9th year of the competition King of Wine 2014 culminated in Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The ceremonial Representative King's Tasting was held there as winemakers received their awards and certificates from the hands of the competition organiser Branko Černý. The winner was "Ryzlink vlašský 2013", ice wine from the wine-growing area of Tanzberg Mikulov. The event was supported by the Wine Fund of the Czech Republic and held under the auspices of Prague 9 mayor Jan Jarolím.
